Tricia Schimpf

Licensed Servicing Assistant, Executive Administrative Assistant

Tricia is a longtime Mainer with a deep connection to the rugged beauty of her home state. She brings a strong combination of determination and compassion to her role as a licensed servicing assistant with Top Flight Financial & Insurance Services.

She grew up in Hancock, Maine, and spent 11 years working as a commercial lobsterfisherman on Mount Desert Island. Life on the water taught her the value of hard work, discipline, perseverance, and showing up every day—qualities that continue to shape both her personal and professional life. Her years in the commercial fishing industry also gave her a firsthand appreciation for the hardworking families and small-business owners who make Maine communities strong.

In 2021, she was honored to serve as Miss Maine for America Strong, an experience that allowed her to represent her state while embracing her passion for service, leadership, and empowering others. She has also trained and instructed in women's self-defense, giving her the opportunity to help women develop confidence, awareness, and practical skills to protect themselves.

Today, she brings that same commitment to helping others to her work in the financial services industry. As a licensed servicing assistant, she plays an important role in supporting clients and helping ensure they receive attentive, dependable service throughout their relationship with their financial professionals. She understands that financial planning and life insurance are ultimately about people, families, and protecting what matters most.

Outside of her professional life, she loves hiking, exploring, and finding new adventures throughout Maine with her Alaskan Malamute, Fritz. Her passion for the outdoors extends into her creative work as a published photographer and licensed drone pilot. Tricia enjoys capturing the landscapes, wildlife, and distinctive character of Maine from unique perspectives.

Now living in Lincoln, Maine, she continues to embrace the lifestyle she loves—working hard, serving others, exploring the outdoors, and finding new ways to celebrate and capture the beauty of her home state.
